Bill Lindsey

Founder and Owner

With 41 years of experience in wealth, estate, and charitable planning for multi-million dollar net worth clients, Bill’s specialty is in helping business owners and executives “optimize” their wealth by providing sound business and tax strategies.

Bill has planned 307 cases for high net worth individuals, integrating a wide range of specialized tools and structures into a comprehensive financial plan.

Bill understands how to discuss sophisticated estate, business, and tax concepts in a relationship way. He can illustrate how dozens of planning instruments might effectively help a family see new ideas, capitalize on new opportunities, or effectively convert dreams and desires into reality.

Bill shows practical examples of how families achieve the greatest success when pursuing a compelling vision, then he helps crystallize their vision and objectives in writing that addresses spiritual ideals, personal principles and priorities, business succession goals, wealth management processes, timetables, legacy points, and clear action steps for family members and advisers.

Bill works in conjunction with his highly competent team to supervise the creation of plans that use graphics, text, and numbers to show how a family can blend an optimal mix of planning instruments to optimize estate plans and portfolios to realize the family’s mission and direct millions of dollars to charitable foundations.

Bill began his education taking Police Science at Valley College in San Bernardino in 1967 for the CHP. He later joined New York Life Insurance Company as an agent in 1983. His business then evolved into financial planning at which point he attended The American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. Bill holds a Masters Degree in Financial Services, an Accredited Estate Planner designation and a Registered Financial Consultant designation. He also has specialist certificates from the American College in Business Succession, as well as Pension and Executive Compensation Planning. Bill is an Investment Adviser who does financial planning through Lindsey Financial, Inc., a registered investment adviser.

Elda

Elda holds an associate’s degree in business administration from Heald College in Sacramento, CA. She moved to Corona in 2004 after marrying and embarked on an 18-month Surgical Tech program, which included a 4-month internship at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center. Ultimately, Elda shifted her focus to Accounting, studying at the University of Phoenix in Ontario, CA. In March 2007, she joined LFGI as a bookkeeper and payroll processor through a temp agency and quickly advanced to Senior In-House Accountant and Payroll Administrator. Initially part of a three-member accounting team, Elda became the sole member within a year, taking on the entire department’s responsibilities. After over 17 years working with Bill Lindsey, Elda has not only honed her skills but also become part of the Lindsey family.

Nick

Nick is a seasoned entrepreneur with a passion for real estate, having cultivated his business acumen from a young age while overseeing all aspects of his family’s construction company. With over 20 years of experience as a real estate broker, he has successfully owned and operated a large real estate brokerage and escrow company. Currently, he serves as the Director of Operations at Lindsey Financial, where he continues to leverage his expertise. Outside of his professional life, Nick cherishes time spent with his wife and two children, enjoys traveling to new destinations, and is an avid auto enthusiast, always finding joy in the thrill of the road.

Abram

Abram earned his Bachelor of Arts in Music Technology from Northwestern University in 2006. With a background in music, he plays several instruments including piano, classical and electric guitar, marimba, and numerous percussion instruments. Back in high school, Abram was the first place winner of a national music competition in the area of percussion. He also has experience as a film editor including visual effects and CGI, having served for a short period of time as a consultant for the Los Angeles Film School. After transitioning into the world of accounting and finance, Abram and his wife, Cindy, graduated together from Woodbury University in 2011 where they each earned their Master of Business Administration. Following completion of their capstone course, together they became finalists and finished in sixth place in the international Capsim business simulation competition known as The Capsim Challenge. Abram’s career in accounting and finance then kicked off.

Abram went on to obtain his CPA license and also became a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). He later also became an Enrolled Agent (EA) and a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) through the AICPA. Abram has been married to Cindy since 2013. They currently have one daughter who keeps them busy with a diverse range of activities and educational endeavors. As a family, they love to explore the outdoors and travel the world. They love to learn about different cultures around the world and experience each country’s history, culinary arts, gastronomy and geography.

Mary

Mary is a versatile professional who provides essential support to our team. She assists with the preparation of financial wealth reports, ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, and manages client records. Mary assists with revenue forecasts, client meetings, and Federal and State tax projects, and collaborates with attorneys to draft estate planning and legal documents.

When she’s not at work Mary enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her lovable golden dachshund. She loves being outdoors tending to her succulent and cacti garden, competing with her husband on the pickle-ball court, swimming in the pool, or decompressing in the hot tub.

Lily

Lily, a dedicated professional with a Registered Para-Planner® designation earned in August 2007, has been an integral part of Lindsey Family Office Services since September 2006, currently serving as the director of the Lindsey Financial Insurance division. Born and raised in San Pedro, California, Lily is a detail-oriented individual known for her ability to efficiently fulfill tasks while consistently exceeding client expectations. Outside of her professional endeavors, she cherishes time spent with her children, Mia and Ethan, enjoys reading and dancing, and actively volunteers at her church. With an ambition to obtain her Chartered Financial Consultant designation, Lily is committed to helping clients achieve both their long-term and immediate financial goals.

Varsha

Varsha holds a BA in English from Villanova University and a Juris Doctor from the James E. Beasley School of Law at Temple University. Since February 2019, she has been a Client Project Manager at Lindsey Financial, where she leverages her strong communication skills and legal background to effectively manage client projects. Prior to her current role, Varsha gained valuable experience in various areas of law, including mediation, family law, and products liability, enriching her expertise in client relations and project management.

Chuck

With over 45 years of diverse and extensive experience in finance, accounting, and taxation, I have built a robust foundation in various sectors of the financial industry. My career journey began at the Internal Revenue Service, where I served as a Revenue Agent and instructor for seven years, honing my skills in tax law and compliance.

Transitioning into the private sector, I spent five years in public accounting, gaining valuable insights into financial reporting, auditing, and advisory services. As a Partner in a local CPA firm, I provided strategic financial guidance to a diverse clientele, solidifying my reputation as a trusted financial advisor.

For the past three decades, I have served as the Chief Financial Officer of an automobile aftermarket distributor with an impressive $250,000,000 in annual sales. In this role, I oversaw financial operations, budgeting, and strategic planning, contributing to the company’s sustained growth and success.

Since 2016, I have been an integral part of Lindsey Financial, leveraging my expertise to provide comprehensive financial services to our clients. Holding a CPA license in California and a Master’s degree in Taxation, I bring a wealth of knowledge and proficiency to my role, ensuring sound financial management and tax optimization for our clients.

In addition to my professional pursuits, I have also dedicated time to education, serving as a former Adjunct Professor at California Baptist University, where I taught courses in Accounting and Taxation. In my leisure time, I cherish moments with my family and grandchildren, finding joy and fulfillment outside the realm of finance.

Joseph

With over a decade of expertise in financial planning, Joseph brings a wealth of knowledge and an exceptional depth of experience to his role at Lindsey Financial. Since entering the financial services industry in 2008, Joseph has earned a reputation for his meticulous approach to financial strategy and personalized client service.

Joseph holds the prestigious designations of Enrolled Agent (EA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®). These credentials reflect his comprehensive understanding of tax regulations and financial planning processes, equipping him to adeptly manage even the most complex financial scenarios.

Daniel

Daniel grew up in an entrepreneurial family, which nurtured his love for numbers and instilled a strong belief that accurate data is essential for making informed decisions. A proud graduate of UC Riverside and a resident of the Inland Empire, he prioritizes family above all else, cherishing his role as a father to his teenage son. As a licensed CPA, Daniel takes great pleasure in supporting his community and has previously served as Controller for two businesses, helping them to flourish. In his spare time, he enjoys cruising and attending live baseball games.

Diana

Diana is a dedicated accounting professional with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, concentrating in Accounting from California State University of Fullerton. Her career has equipped her with a diverse range of experiences, including roles in audit, tax, and bookkeeping. Currently, she serves as a bookkeeper at Lindey Financial, Inc., where she applies her expertise to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting. As a candidate for the CPA exam, Diana demonstrates her commitment to advancing her professional qualifications and providing top-notch service. She is deeply committed to fostering transparency and efficiency in all client interactions. Her goal is to simplify complex financial processes and deliver clear, actionable insights that help decisions.
